Brought my 928 in for repair to the cruise control and ignition key. My Porsche repairs were completed the very next day! Mark and his crew have taken care of my Panamera from day one. I've had some service done at Napelton Porsche and when they were backed up they recommended Barnaba saying they knew what they were doing. I did not expect that a nearly 20 year old car would be perfect.They identified several issues that I needed to know about that were not apparent in the dealers description. Great shop . Good mechanical team . The salesman not so much. After he asked my price range on a Cayman I told him 45.He very first words were "you should have a spending limit. It's always better to spend more and get a well maintained car than spend less and get a car that needs a lot of work" I have the feeling this young schmuck would of said that even if i said i wanted to spend 55 or 60 . The nonsense that came out of this guy (boy) was unbelievable. Almost like he read a how to sell a car book . After listening to hismemorized car selling 101 comments for 10 minutes I decided to never buy a car there but just have my work done.

I was referred to Barnaba by a Porsche club member. Up to now, I always take my cars to the dealer. Knowing this year would be expensive, decided to try a non dealer. I live 60 miles away in NW Indiana, and glad Barnaba offered pick up and drop off service. The service took a few days and when I got my Cayman back, I could tell it was well taken care of. I brought in my 996 911 for a basic service and check up. Matt the service advisor was straightforward. They accommodated my requests and took photos of a Power Steering leak. Price for the basic service was reasonable.This shop has all you need to perfectly upkeep your Porsche. However as part of this policy, they are less flexible about accepting outside parts. So if you have a problem that might not require a whole part replacement, or if you source your own part from an outside vendor, you might want to look for another shop to be more flexible. But it doesn’t hurt to ask Barnaba what they’re willing to do.

Barnaba is an awesome Porsche-only service shop and they did a great job fully rebuilding my 2005 Carrera S 4.0L engine. If you are looking for a place to service your Porsche, with fair prices and great service, this is it!My car's previous owner had the engine rebuilt and upgraded to 4.0L by (what is supposed to be) a reputable shop in IL, but to my surprise, it failed within less than 5,000 miles of the rebuild and required a full rebuild. Mark and the rest of the Barnaba team were very communicative throughout the entire engine rebuild process and very transparent regarding what costs I should expect. Not only did they send me pictures/videos of the damage they found in the engine, I also visited the shop and spoke with one of their mechanics, who patiently walked me through all the issues they found and showed me all the damaged parts. The Barnaba team was also of great help when sourcing the correct parts for my engine (it has custom-built forged pistons, nickies cylinders, among several other custom parts). Barnaba also offers a 3-year/Unlimited Mile warranty on their engine rebuild, which gives me peace of mind that this rebuild was done properly! Lastly, their pickup and delivery service is also extremely convenient.

I purchased a 911 restoration project from a local Porsche dealership that turned out to be a disaster. While the body and interior work that they had farmed out was well done, the work they did on the engine was not only grossly misrepresented, their incompetence ended up trashing the engine.While looking for options of what to do I ended up at Barnaba Autosport - I cannot emphasize what a great decision that has turned out to be! Ron, Chris, Matt, Mark, Eric, Jake and the rest of the Barnaba staff have been fantastic to work with and the knowledge they have across the entire Porsche line-up regardless of type or year model, is truly impressive. They turned what I had thought was a disaster into a work of art that puts a smile on my face everytime I get in it.Long story short, with more than one Porsche in the family, (my wife has a Macan) I highly recommend Barnaba Autosport for all your Porsche needs. These guys really know what they are doing and they will take great care of you!

Barnaba is easily the best service shop I have ever experienced. They offer convenience in terms of pick up and drop off for your car on a flat bed. From there the communication on the diagnosis to the remediation is a step by step process that puts you to ease. Jake Murphy is a Porsche expert and is simply amazing to deal with. He answers questions, is super responsive and goes over and above to help his customers. Barnaba’s pricing is competitive vs. other shops and more economical than dealer pricing. Barnaba Autosport performed the annual maintenance work on our 2012 Cayman. The work was performed quickly and to our complete satisfaction.Matt Richardson is an extremely knowledgeable, conscientious and personable Service Manager. I will tell you if you are a Porsche owner and your past your warranty or prepaid maintenance plan, never go to another dealership, but go to Barnaba. Not only will the work be done by certified Porsche technicians but at third or half of the cost of a dealer. They even cleaned my car and vacuumed it, rare in my last experience with a local dealer.Mark was communicative and their follow-up exceptional. Oil change and repair expertly completed. They truly are the best and I am a fan for life.
