Meet the Team of Barnaba AutoSport
Ron Barnaba
Dealership Owner
My name is Ron Barnaba and I'd like to welcome you to Barnaba AutoSport. My passion for cars runs deep as I have been with the Porsche brand since 1970. I started my career as a Porsche technician in 1970 at Pray Porsche in Greenwich, CT. In 1979, I opened my own dealership/restoration/race prep shop in Connecticut. In 1994, I had the good fortune of going to work for Brumos Porsche in Jacksonville, FL as Vice President/General Manager. I moved to Chicago in 2004 to become Partner/General Manager at Napleton Porsche of Westmont. It was here that I was able to start the Cayman Interseries, a race series for amateur and professional race drivers. In addition, I developed one of the leading professional Porsche race teams in the country having achieved major wins in the Pirelli World Challenge series and winning the Rolex 24 Hours of Daytona in 2013. In April of 2015, I decided it was time to follow my dream and opened Barnaba AutoSport in partnership with my beautiful wife Carol. I have sold and serviced thousands of Porsche and other brands of exotic and luxury cars during my career. I have the expertise and technical abilities to help you with the purchase or restoration of your dream car!!! Yours in spirited driving..... Ron
Chris Barnaba
General Manager
Chris has been immersed in the Porsche brand his entire life. He began his Porsche career in 2006, working alongside his father, Ron Barnaba, at Napleton Porsche. After Ron retired from the dealership worlds in 2015, Chris continued building his sales career at another premier Porsche dealership before joining Ron at Barnaba Autosport in early 2021. Today, Chris helps lead Barnaba Autosport with a simple philosophy: treat every customer the way you would want to be treated. Whether you're purchasing your first Porsche, adding another to your collection, restoring a cherished classic, or trusting us to service the one you already own, his goal is to make every experience honest, enjoyable, and memorable. Together, Chris and Ron bring more than 75 years of combined Porsche experience to every customer they serve. Outside of the shop, Chris enjoys spending time with his wife and two children, following and participating in motorsports, and sim racing. Having grown up around Porsche his entire life, he's passionate about sharing that enthusiasm with every customer who walks through the doors at Barnaba Autosport.
